From November 5 to 6, Man Shengang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, conducted a research visit to Sinotruk Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou Engine) in Hangzhou. He also held talks with Sun Xudong, Standing Committee Member of Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of Xiaoshan District Party Committee, engaging in in-depth discussions on further promoting Hangzhou Engine's high-quality development.

During the visit, Man Shengang toured Hangzhou Engine's mechanical processing department, assembly and commissioning department, safety training base, and team-level Party building area, gaining detailed insights into the company's market orders, quality management, intelligent manufacturing, production safety, and grass-roots Party organization construction. Currently, Hangzhou Engine has full orders from both domestic and international markets, with all staff members actively working to achieve high production targets, ensure deliveries, strive for success in the fourth quarter, and sprint toward annual objectives.

Man Shengang emphasized that Hangzhou Engine should focus all efforts on market development, quality assurance, innovation promotion, and cost reduction to maintain positive development momentum and push all work to new heights and breakthroughs. The company should actively create distinctive Party building brands, closely integrate Party building work with production operations, and fully leverage the role of grass-roots Party organizations as fighting bastions and Party members as pioneering models to unite the enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship under the spirit of ' Forever diligent, forever at the forefront, forever striving for the first place.' The company must maintain constant vigilance regarding production safety, strengthen safety knowledge training, enhance safety awareness among all employees, improve the institutional management system, and build a solid safety barrier for high-quality enterprise development.
